Welcome from the President

Welcome! The Central Virginia Healthcare Executive Group (CVHEG) is dedicated to the promotion of the professional and educational interests of healthcare leaders throughout Central Virginia. We hope our members will reflect the diversity of individuals involved in healthcare from across a broad spectrum of settings.

CVHEG is a local chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). The territory of CHVEG stretches across a wide swath of the Commonwealth including Central Virginia, points as far southwest as Roanoke and beyond, as far north as Winchester, the Northern Neck, and Southside Virginia. All ACHE affiliates residing within CVHEG's territory
are automatically members of CHVEG.

If you are already an ACHE affiliate, we personally encourage you to get involved in CVHEG. If you are not an ACHE affiliate, but have an interest in meeting and interacting with healthcare executives in Central Virginia who lead hospitals, healthcare systems and other healthcare organizations, click on "Join CVHEG" from the menu at the top of this page to learn more about how to become a member of both ACHE and CVHEG.

By becoming a member of ACHE and getting involved in CVHEG, you will have the opportunity to meet and interact with local healthcare executives in an environment of cooperation. In today's competitive healthcare business this can be a refreshing change of pace.
